Michelle joined BrightClaim in 2004 and is responsible for our Resource Management including our Dispatch, Credentialing and Administrative teams. She has worked in the Property & Casualty industry for over 15 years in various roles, including working as an adjuster for an independent firm, commercial adjuster for a carrier, supervisor of warranty programs and supervised teams of adjusters in both daily and catastrophe environments. Michelle attended the University of Georgia and received her BBA in Risk Management & Insurance.
Robert joined BrightClaim in September of 2007 and currently manages operations within Field Inspection Services and Warranty Claims Management and Administration. Robert has over 20 years of claims experience, including 17 years managing high profile class action settlement cases, product recalls, product warranty programs, quality assurance programs, and environmental claims. Robert began his career with Crawford & Company as a licensed claims adjuster and served in various roles including Regional Operations Management, Branch Manager and Director of Operations. Other operational experience includes management of a national call center, direct contractor repair programs, catastrophe claims, and liability claims administration as well as a background in real estate.
Ron joined BrightClaim in 2005 and is responsible for operational management for all Contents services provided to the insurance industry. Ron has 13 years’ of experience with claims, is a licensed adjuster and assisted with the development of a nationwide contents inspection program that is one of the largest in the industry. Prior to joining BrightClaim Ron held a managerial role at one of the top 100 motorsports dealerships in the U.S, handling service, warranty and insurance claims. In addition to enjoying working with insureds every day and assisting clients, Ron is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate who ensures children’s rights and needs are being attended to while in foster care.
Lynn joined BrightClaim in 2005. After starting her career in another field and upon completion her degree from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte, Lynn has worked in accounting/finance for more than 25 years in a variety of industries. She has also handled HR duties for almost as many years.
Jeff joined BrightClaim in 2015 and possesses over 18 years in management, sales and operations experience in property and casualty claims adjustment services. His responsibilities include market development, local and regional sales plan implementation, management of financial operation of multiple branches and service locations, supervision of adjuster work product, recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating performance of employees. Jeff attended the University of Redlands and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.
Rick joined BrightServ in 2014 and is responsible for Recruiting / Credentialing and Vendor Relations. Prior to joining BrightServ Rick had owned several businesses in various fields such as multimedia design and home construction. He has won several awards in the video industry and photography fields as well as taught photography and Photoshop classes. In his early career Rick worked 8 years in various management roles in the computer industry. Rick brings a unique skill set of technology, media design and management to the BrightServ team. Rick is also a licensed Adjuster.
Dan joined BrightServ in November of 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day claims operations of the Managed Repair Program. Dan has 16 years of property and casualty insurance claims experience overseeing residential and commercial losses as a both field adjuster and manager at top 10 insurance carriers where he participated in the successful implementation of several homeowner repair program initiatives. Dan is a former U.S. Marine who graduated from Park University and received his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
Chad joined BrightClaim in 2007 and is responsible for oversight and management of the Daily Property Claims division with an emphasis on the Eastern Region. Over the course of his tenure at BrightClaim he has played a contributing role in many departments including Warranty Services (field inspections and supervision), AcuPro Contents Services, and Catastrophe (field adjuster and storm-site manager). Among Chad’s biggest achievements is spearheading the creation and development of BrightClaim’s Daily Property Claims Division, a role in which he continues to serve. Prior to his work at BrightClaim, Chad graduated from the University of Tennessee before spending 6 years working as an adjuster and manager with another independent adjusting firm.
Carrie joined BrightServ in January 2013. She started out assisting with all areas such as dispatching, credentialing and recruiting, as well as vendor and client relations. She is currently responsible for BrightServ’s Dispatching and Call Center operations and implementation in Atlanta, GA Jacksonville, FL and Indianapolis, IN. Carrie’s has over 18 years of experience in the development and implementation of multiple Training and Quality Assurance guidelines and programs, with companies such as American Electric Power, Southern Company and Harris Products Group.
Deb joined BrightClaim in 2015 and is responsible for management and development of claims operations throughout the state of Florida. She began her career in Property & Casualty Claims in 1986 as a multi-line adjuster handling both residential and commercials claims. Over the span of her career her experience includes her roles as a SIU Investigator, General Adjuster, Quality Assurance and over 16 years management of both field and desk operations over multiple states with several insurance carriers in the Southeast and Midwest.
